Welcome Dr. Suneeta Brito to Celebration Pediatrics!

We are excited to welcome Dr. Suneeta Brito, MD, FAAP, to the Celebration Pediatrics family! As a board-certified pediatrician with specialized training in neonatology, Dr. Brito brings extensive experience caring for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents, with a particular passion for supporting medically complex newborns and their families.

Dr. Brito earned her medical degree from K.S. Hegde Medical Academy in India, completed her pediatric residency at AdventHealth Orlando, and went on to complete a Neonatology Fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU. Her advanced training allows her to provide exceptional care for children at every stage of development while offering specialized insight into newborn and neonatal health.

What truly sets Dr. Brito apart is her compassionate, family-centered approach to pediatric medicine. She believes every child deserves not only outstanding medical care but also a supportive environment where parents feel heard, informed, and empowered. Her commitment to partnering with families helps ensure children receive the personalized attention they need to thrive.

Dr. Brito’s passion for pediatrics began during medical school while caring for an infant diagnosed with X-linked hydrocephalus. Supporting that child and family through a difficult diagnosis solidified her calling to help children and families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Since then, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care, education, and guidance to families throughout their healthcare journey.

As part of the Celebration Pediatrics team, Dr. Brito will help continue our mission of providing comprehensive pediatric care for families throughout Central Florida. From newborn care and well-child visits to managing complex medical conditions, she is committed to helping every child achieve their healthiest future.

Outside of the office, Dr. Brito enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog. Having spent much of her childhood in Dubai, she brings a unique global perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures and families.

Jen Yaw serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Celebration Health & Wellness, bringing more than 15 years of distinguished HR leadership and strategic human capital expertise. Before joining Celebration Health & Wellness, Jen built a strong track record at Walgreens, where she aligned human resources strategies with core business objectives, advanced talent development initiatives, and helped foster high-performance cultures across supply chain and distribution.

Known for her thought leadership in change management and her ability to partner effectively with teams at all levels, Jen is deeply committed to building inclusive and empowered work environments where people and organizations thrive. Chief of Staff

Caroline Kane serves as Chief of Staff for Celebration Health & Wellness, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and deep community roots to the role. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and an MBA from Purdue University, providing a strong foundation for her extensive business and leadership experience.

In her role as Chief of Staff, Caroline serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all companies.

Kenneth Zongor

Chief Financial Officer

Kenneth Zongor serves as Chief Financial Officer of Celebration Health & Wellness. He brings over two decades of healthcare financial leadership to the organization, having held senior finance roles at both Envision Healthcare and AmSurg. Kenneth is a Certified Public Accountant and spent more than a decade with both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Kenneth is passionate about partnering with our providers to create efficiency in financial operations for our practices and to help promote rapid growth.

With deep expertise spanning financial strategy, reporting, and growth-enablement, Kenneth’s leadership helps anchor Celebration Health & Wellness’s fiscal strength and expansion goals.

As the Founder and CEO of Medinex, Kelly has built a reputation for her strategic expertise in positioning medical practices for sustainable growth. She is also the proud owner of Celebration Pediatrics and Celebration OBGYN, leading both practices with a steadfast commitment to high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

With a professional background in investment banking, Kelly brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial growth. Her dedication extends beyond the business world—she is the co-founder of the M Family Foundation, an organization that supports women and children in their fight against cancer. Kelly’s leadership style blends innovation with compassion, making her a respected and influential force in the healthcare industry.
