We are excited to welcome Jennifer Guevara, MS, PA-C, to the growing team at Celebration Maternal Fetal Medicine!

Jennifer joins our Maternal Fetal Medicine division with a strong passion for women’s health and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. As a bilingual Physician Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Jennifer’s connection to Celebration OBGYN began years ago when she worked alongside Dr. Aledyandra Crespo-Nieves as a medical assistant. Inspired by the meaningful relationships she built with patients and the impact of women’s healthcare, she pursued advanced medical training to expand her ability to care for women throughout every stage of life.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. During her clinical training, Jennifer gained experience across multiple specialties, but her passion for obstetrics and gynecology consistently guided her career path.

At Celebration Maternal Fetal Medicine, Jennifer will work alongside Dr. Daniel Kiefer and the MFM team to provide advanced care for women experiencing high-risk and complex pregnancies. The Maternal Fetal Medicine division specializes in comprehensive evaluations, advanced prenatal diagnostics, genetic screening, fetal monitoring, and personalized care plans designed to support the healthiest possible outcomes for both mother and baby.

Jennifer believes that trust, empathy, and open communication are the foundation of exceptional healthcare. Her patient-first approach focuses on creating meaningful partnerships with patients, empowering them with knowledge, and helping them navigate important healthcare decisions with confidence.

Caroline Kane serves as Chief of Staff for Celebration Health & Wellness, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and deep community roots to the role. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and an MBA from Purdue University, providing a strong foundation for her extensive business and leadership experience.

In her role as Chief of Staff, Caroline serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all companies.

Kenneth Zongor

Kenneth Zongor serves as Chief Financial Officer of Celebration Health & Wellness. He brings over two decades of healthcare financial leadership to the organization, having held senior finance roles at both Envision Healthcare and AmSurg. Kenneth is a Certified Public Accountant and spent more than a decade with both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Kenneth is passionate about partnering with our providers to create efficiency in financial operations for our practices and to help promote rapid growth.

She is also the proud owner of Celebration Pediatrics and Celebration OBGYN, leading both practices with a steadfast commitment to high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

With a professional background in investment banking, Kelly brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial growth. Her dedication extends beyond the business world—she is the co-founder of the M Family Foundation, an organization that supports women and children in their fight against cancer. Kelly’s leadership style blends innovation with compassion, making her a respected and influential force in the healthcare industry.
